Not an accurate description 
I also have a Dell 20 inch monitor and this does not cover the entire screen. The product description lists it as 19.7 x 19.7 inches but the product I received was 11×17 inches. THIS WILL NOT FIT A 20 INCH STANDARD LCD MONITOR!
probably not worth the price 
Got one for my dell 20.1″ widescreen monitor. Does make text unreadable but someone (the boss) can still tell if I’m surfing the web by the outline of the window. Don’t see any of the glare reduction that others have claimed.
I love this…… my headaches are gone! 
This does not only provide privacy but the glare from the computer usually gives me headaches… 3 weeks and they are gone!
