Right Size, Good Quality, but NOT non-stick finish!
I have been really impressed with the Anolon Cookware, great quality with superior non-stick finish. So, when this pan came on sale, I said to myself, “Self, is it not time to retire those old ugly baking pans and get the ease of use and beauty of Anolon?” Well, myself could not resist this persuasive agrument, and promptly ordered the new pan.

Imagine my shock, dismay and horror (OK, you don’t really have to imagine it…) when I used the pan and discovered that (hold your breath) the surface was just the aluminum coated metal stock, and no non-stick surface, and eeew, I had to scrape the pan clean like unto the old style pans. The quality is better, the pan is much deeper, which is a plus, but do not order this if you are thinking that it has the superb Anolon non-stick finish. It doesn’t. It’s sticky, not non-stcky. But I am stuck with sticky, now, in any event.
